Domain Registration and Hosting:

We will assist in handling the registration of your domain, ensuring a strong online identity for your business, High-performance Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with reliable uptime and scalable resources to accommodate your growing online presence. Cost to be directly settled with the hosting provider after the first year of use.

SSL Certificate:

Implementation of an SSL certificate to ensure a secure and encrypted connection for your website visitors. The cost for the SSL certificate will be covered as part of the overall project.

Corporate Email:

Creation of a professional email address (e.g., [email protected]) to enhance communication and establish a strong corporate presence.

Cost Estimate:

The total cost for our scope is: 899.00 USD. 

Additionally, please note that after the first year, there will be annual recurring expenses associated with domain and hosting services, estimated at: 200.00 USD.

Any variations in this recurring costs imposed by the service providers are beyond our control.

(These services can be set for a yearly auto payment. This allows for a seamless and uninterrupted continuation of these essential services without manual intervention, ensuring the smooth functioning of your online presence.)

Payment Schedule:

60% upon project start: 539.40 USD

40% upon project completion and client approval: 359.60 USD

Timeline:

The estimated timeline for project completion is 25 days. This is subject to the timely provision of necessary materials and feedback from your end (photos, text content, social media links, etc). 

It is our suggestion that at least one person from your staff be in contact with us throughout the project, for all information exchange.

Terms and Conditions:

Any additional work or services requested by the Client beyond the outlined scope will be subject to separate agreements and billed independently. This includes, but is not limited to, updates, modifications, or enhancements to the website.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Upon completion of the project and full payment, the Client will have ownership rights to the website, logo, and associated materials. We keep the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
